Fosteus Fund Management Ltd is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager with AIFM licence no. AIFM58/56/2013.

  • Sourcing and researching attractive investments
  • Preparation of monthly updates on existing investments
  • Ongoing portfolio monitoring to ensure compliance with investment strategy, investment objective and investment restrictions of the fund

Risk Management Service

  • Preparation of a risk management memo for each new investment providing opinion on relevant risk categories (incl. Market Risk, Counterparty Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk and Liquidity Risk) and its effects on the risk profile of the fund.
  • Reviewing and monitoring risks as per risk management policies, procedures and principles of the law.
  • Conducting Stress test and scenario analysis as per AIFMD.
  • Maintaining the Risk Register.
